At the end of the procedure, the customer will receive a confirmation communication via e-mail with the relevant "Order Code" number (which must always be cited in all communications). However, the order will be considered valid and accepted only after the "Confirmation of payment" sent to us by the Bank, depending on the method chosen. Prices and payments are expressed in Euros.

PAYMENTS

The goods ordered must be paid through the secure Paypal payment system or by credit card, paying the entire amount upon confirmation of the order.

The Right of Withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the established deadline, a written communication to the address: Superstylin' - Via di Santa Maria Ausiliatrice 130 - Rome (RM) - Italy by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. If the goods have been delivered, you are required to return the goods to us within ten working days from the date of receipt of the goods. The returned products must be intact and in their original packaging. The shipping costs for returning the goods are borne by the consumer and the shipping is under his responsibility. If you exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions set out so far, our company is required to issue a coupon with a value equal to the purchase cost net of shipping costs. The coupon will be issued from the date we receive the goods and cannot be used for the purchase of goods on sale.

RESPONSIBILITY'

JURISDICTION

All contracts concluded with Superstylin are considered finalized in Italy. Since the company is an Italian company, customers accept the laws, regulations and any arbitration of the competent Italian court of the Court of Rome
